Full-Day Dynamometer Services
- Operator furnished
- 8 hours to install, run on dyno and remove
- Engine installed and fluid levels checked
- Engine fired and stabilized
- Broke-in
- Checked for leaks
- Get oil temp. Verify oil pressure and water temp
- Set idle and verify idle vacuum
- Change oil, check and clean filter
- Check compression, valve lash and spark plugs
- Warm up engine to do pulls
- Do some power pulls to check running conditions
- Change jets, plugs or timing as needed
- Do max power pulls
- Given option to try other carbs, spacers or headers
- Customer gets a special folder with digital pictures of engine on dyno and accurate test results
- Accessories removed and engine taken off dyno
Half-Day Dynamometer Services
- Operator furnished
- 4 hours to install, run on dyno and remove
- Engine installed and fluid levels checked
- Engine fired and stabilized
- Checked for leaks
- Get oil temp. Verify oil pressure and water temp
- Set idle and verify idle vacuum
- Warm up engine to do pulls
- Do max power pulls
- Accessories removed and engine taken off dyno
